I didnt send a "thank you" letter, please help?

Around this last Christmas I recieved a bonus for where I work. It was not huge, but it was very kind of my boss to do, and I sincerely thanked him in person after he told me. Now, I realized I was given a lot more than my coworkers and I feel very scared I might of came off as rude or ungrateful for not sending a follow-up thank you card or email. What should I do?
