How do you concentrate and focus while working in an open-plan office

I find it very difficult to focus in my current open-plan office work environment. I find it very loud, busy, and completely lacking any form of privacy or space to really get my head into my work.

Has anyone else dealt with this problem. Any tips for over coming this?
