Has anyone heard of this company? Is it sketchy? Is it safe?

So my man has been interviewing for a job at Gourley Capital Management in Utah. He’s on his 3rd interview and the more we look into this company, the less we are finding. The company said he was selected out of over 100 people they interviewed for this “special” 3rd interview. They even had him drive for over an hour to get to some random place for just his 2nd interview. They claim he will make $100,000 per year. Is this a scam? Is it a safe company to work for? What are your thoughts?
