A recurrent theme in my jobs is that I feel intimidated by my boss. Not all of them have been menacing figures, but the last one was. I'm worried this has conditioned me in my perception and approach with future bosses. Does anybody have this issue with authority figures? Does it stem from childhood? Do you know of a resource that can stop this perception?
