Applying for a cashier's job, but only available three days a week. Dealbreaker?

I know this is probably highly dependent on the location, but I still wanted to ask anyways. I'm trying to go for a cashier's job, but am realistically only going to be available three days a week. However, that includes the weekends and they can schedule me for whatever times they want on those days. The email said that weekend availability is required, so I'm hoping that may be in my favor.

So how bad do those odds sound? Would only being available 3 days for a part time job not really be a big deal, or would be frowned upon?
