As the title says, I finally received an offer for a great job. I am in my last semester at college, the first day on the job is February 11th. Pay is 51k, 15 days PTO, benefits, etc. I am in Boise, so COL is not actually that expensive. My question is, since I want the job, do I just accept the offer? Is there room for negotiation? If there is, should I negotiate? And if I should, is it just the pay that is negotiable?
