Why aren’t there any job training programs for adults that don’t cost an arm, a leg, and your first born?

College degrees for the most part aren’t worth the paper they’re printed on(I know so many college graduates with masters degrees that can’t find work), and trade schools are way too expensive

I wanna get my CDL, but I can’t get student loans for that, I’m rebuilding my credit so I don’t qualify for a loan right now, and all the mega carriers that have training programs would require me to go to another state, something I’m not prepared to do right now

I wish they had something like Job Corps for adults, I’m currently in manufacturing which I hate, what, if anything, can I do?
