When do I follow up after I was notified I would be getting an in-person interview but haven’t heard back since?

I heard on Wednesday that a potential employer would be setting up an in-person interview soon. They are aware that I will be out of town after next Friday so next week would be the only time I could do an interview until next year. Today is Friday, and I still have not heard back about the interview. Should I follow up with them about this? If so, when do I do this? I was thinking to give them at least until Monday morning, then follow up oh Monday afternoon if they still don’t set up the interview.
