What are good phone sales companies to work for?

I’m a 24m living in Scottsdale Arizona and have been doing debt collections for a few years but I’m only making 40k a year because our commission structure sucks.

I’m looking for a company with way better commission potential whether its sales or collections.

I’ve heard liberty mutual and American Express are good. Anyone have experience in this field making over 50k?
