Spontaneous text messages

Hey r/jobs, So I'm on the job market right now, and I just received two unsolicited texts from numbers I don't recognize. Recently, I applied to places that asked how to best contact me. I don't think this is either place: Here are the two texts:

Hey, I may have a position for you. Call me at ********** Reply STOP to Opt-Out

Jen here, found a Back End Software job that fits your profile. Click Here: http://newjb.co/*sketchylink* Txt STOP to stop

These are scams, right? TIA
