Well-paid careers in the financial world, especially advisory positions?

I'm (24F) just getting to the point in my life where I'm wanting to begin my career. I love working with numbers and financial data, especially setting up budgets, monitoring accounts, looking for areas to improve, account reconciliation type of things, etc. I also really love helping people overcome things and succeed in ways they thought they couldn't.

I'd absolutely love to help people make and keep their personal budgets as my occupation, or something similar - but I'm not sure exactly what kind of positions would offer that. I've thought about becoming a budget analyst, but it seems like most of them work with bigger companies, which takes away from the personal aspect of it.

I'm just doing some exploring so far; nothing set in stone. Any advice?
