Two job offers but only planning on working for short time before moving abroad

My husband and I are planning on moving to South Korea for an English teaching program near May 2019. Until then I have received two part time job offers, one as a barista for $9/hour and one as a pharmacy technician for $13/hour. I am well qualified and comfortable in both of these positions. Since we are leaving so soon, I feel that whichever job I choose will result in a bridge burned - maybe meaning that I won't use references from this position or that I am unable to be rehired in the future from the company. Our living expenses are not an issue under either of these positions.

The barista position is with a very small chain coffee company while the pharmacy position is with a large grocery chain with better benefits. There is also a big difference in stress levels between the two jobs - the barista position should be easier to handle and more fun than the pharmacy.

The pharmacy position would require me to pay about $200 to reinstate my license and complete CE credits, none of which will be reimbursed by the company.

Nothing is set in stone for our move abroad, but we are actively pursuing it and will make final arrangements soon. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
