Switching roles/companies in the new year.

I'm about to give my two week notice to my current company of 1 3/4 years that I will be moving on.

Beyond rolling/taking my 401k and ensuring I have my new health insurance lined up, is there anything else I need to be aware of or prepared for (besides being told to leave right then and there)?
