I know I’m a valuable employee but my age and lack of experience is hurting me in my job hunt. I need advice

I’m 18 years old and a freshman in community college (just while I get my AA) I’m extremely motivated and ambitious. I wish I was more motivated about school than I am about work but that’s just not me at the moment. I just left my full time job as a lead preschool teacher. My assistant was 53 years old, was a kindergarten teacher for 7 years and even owned her own preschool and has a masters degree (she’s an AMAZING woman with the largest resume you’ll ever see- I want to be her one day) and she can go on and on about how excellent I am. Which is a huge ego-boost because she’s so excellent. I left this job because I was tired of waking up at 6:45am and doing very hard work under a lot of scrutiny and only making $8.60 (I actually made LESS than my assistant because she had more qualifications- even though I did a better job) plus I knew there was something better out there for me.

I have a second job at a pizza shop right now. I’ve been working there for about a month and they’ve already told me to be expecting a promotion to shift leader (not sure when this is going to happen or what it entails) I’m an insider (basically just a regular employee) and a delivery driver. I obviously kick ass at this job too because I got a promotion so fast.

Here’s where I’m stuck: I’m a great employee, I’m a hard worker and I’m extremely ambitious. I’m dedicated to my work and I don’t mind working constantly as long as I Love the work. But I can’t find a good job that would hire me. I wouldn’t have a problem finding a minimum wage job or doing a job most college students do (besides being a server) but I know I’m better than that and I really really don’t want that. Where should I look?

As a disclaimer, yes I can handle two jobs. I was a full time preschool teacher, closed at a pizza shop on weekdays and worked every weekend and was a full time student. I really loved working and I was so proud of myself. This is the first day that I’m not a preschool teacher and I’m on winter break so I have a lot of time to job hunt. I’m in Central Florida/volusia county if that helps.
