I've been at my company, technically, since June 2015. I loved the organization but I didn't like management and wanted more responsibility. I left in December 2017 for a small, family-run organization that looked great on paper. It was a literal shit show and after six months, I went back to my previous organization in a brand new role than the one I had left.
Because I left and came back within the span of six months, I was able to keep all seniority and in the eyes of my employer, I've been there for 3.5 years.
A friend suggested I take off that 6-month job from my LinkedIn and resume. Now, my husband is in the process of getting a new job in a new city and I am updating my resume. How do I format this?
Do I put: New Role - June 2015-Present, and include a 'Previous Position Held' for my prior role?
