Posting under a throwaway just in case. Summer 2017 I interned with a company I'd love to work for full-time, and I subsequently followed up with a few people about turning it into a job after I graduated this spring. The opportunity did not pan out at the time, and I haven't reached out to anybody in about six months now. A few weeks ago, though, I applied for an entry-level position and was offered a phone interview.
My first thought was to immediately reach out to those contacts—specifically, my old boss, my direct supervisor, and the recruiter that helped me land the internship—but then I started to doubt whether that instinct was correct, and if so how exactly I should phrase the emails I send. It's a fairly large company, but I know that people talk and I don't want to be seen as overeager by emailing everybody I know. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
