Hello everyone, making this post because I'm in the interview process for a job at a car dealership (would be the person who schedules appointments and does call backs) and was having some last minute reservations and was wondering if working at a dealership would possibly look bad in the future for job searches as they tend to have a bad stigma around them.
Bit of background: I've been in customer service for a little over 5 years now, and I'm just looking for a job that isn't another call center. This is similar but also less stressful. The company has been around for like 75ish years with a good reputation from what I could find. Also the position pays .25/hr less than my current one but I feel like I won't be nearly as stressed as I have been in the last 2 months at this job so it should easily be worth the very minor decrease in pay (started in mid-Oct, really disliking the call center).
So decided to ask you guys: should I continue with my interview process for this dealership or should I just continue to look for a different job?
