I have a BA in Sociology. I have worked 8 months in an after school program trying to become a site director or get a county job. No luck. I also have six months as a TA at a preschool.
I have a job offer working with foster kids and I think I'll do that until I know what trade school I want to go to.
I want to live in Southern California (Ventura, parts of LA county, Riverside County, Orange County, or San Diego County).
I have $15,000 saved up. I was thinking of going to polygraph tech school for $4,000, but was told without prior law enforcement experience or an in it would be impossible to break in.
I don't want to get a master's degree. I want to go for a trade school program where the requirement to get in is a BA degree or at least an associates degree of any kind.
I've thought about pharmacy tech. Not sure about any other ideas.
