Hired Question

Had an interview on Thursday and got hired on the spot but for weekends only, then i had an interview today and got hired on the spot but they offered more hours + tips. They'd both like me to start next Saturday. Should i just send an email to the weekends only job to let them know that i will not be able to work there?
