Phone interview on Monday

I have a phone interview on Monday at 930am 💤 and I REALLY need this to go well. It's not my dream job but it's something to pay the bills and something I'm 100% capable of. There may be more than 1 person on the call so I'm a little nervous about it. I believe it'll be with the CEO of the company along with a person I may be working with directly.

I have a general idea of what to say but I guess I just want some tips that'll help me stand out. I really hate phone interviews because of the awkward pauses or trying to figure out whose turn it is to talk.

Is this a time to ask questions I normally would in a interview? How do I know what to ask in general?
