I was supposed to have a call this morning at 10:00 and for the first 30 mins I sat with phone in front of me waiting. Then the next 30 mins I went back to my desk and continued to wait. No call, phone fully operational during that time because I made some test calls. I wasn't given a number for the person conducting the phone interview.
At 11:15 I emailed the internal recruiter who had arranged this just the afternoon before.
"Hi, I guess the Mark has been caught up with some other tasks and hasn't been able to call me for the interview. When would you like to reschedule the interview for please?"
No reply and no out of office from the recruiter. I have never had this happen before, should I give them the benefit of the doubt or move on? It's a very famous global brand (100k employees).
