Need help choosing a career!

I have 2 job opportunities available to me. One is a car salesman at a Chevy dealer, the other being a real estate agent at a shore town. I have been working as a waiter for six years and am ready to start a career. Which do you believe would be more lucrative? Still having some free time is a concern of mine. What’s everbodies thoughts on the scenario.
