Job duties/responsibilities differ from job title

Let me know if this is the wrong forum and thanks in advance.

I have been in this company for about 2 years and finally coming to terms that my job title is quite misleading. I don’t really do much that my supposed title should be doing.

I am worried about future ramifications especially when applying for new/similar roles, will be called out.

How would I go about this with future employers? Adjust my title? Spin the duties a bit? Be honest/upfront? Fake it till I make it?
