Is it ok to quit a full-time job before working 1 full year for them?

I graduate college at the end of next week, and I already have a job lined up for me out of state. The only issue is that I won't be able to start the job until mid summer 2019, and then I'll be sent to training. I've applied to several jobs in my current area, which I have a couple interviews for the week after graduation. They are all full-time positions. So if I end up getting one of these positions, would It be alright for me to quit (with a timely notice) when the time comes to leave for training? As I'm really only doing the job(s) as a temporary source of income until I leave for training. I also feel that if I communicate this during the interviews, it will make me look less attractive as a potential hire.
