Is it a good sign if my application is being viewed multiple times by the same companies?

Hey everyone, i hope I'm posting this in the right subreddit, if not please disregard it.

I've started applying for jobs on ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and etc, yesterday. And I've been getting notifications that my application has been viewed multiple times by the same companies. For the past few weeks I've been stressing out that I'm not good enough. So seeing that my resume is being viewed by companies multiple times, gives me a bit of peace of mind. But now I wonder if I'm qualified for the position or am I just delusional?
