Interview with marijuana job

Hello all, I have an interview with a career job involving marijuana in a medical state. I'd like some advice on what I should say. Since it's recreationally illegal here, how would I explain that I love marijuana and would love to begin a career in it? Would it be stupid to assume everyone there loves it as well and smokes it too even though it is still illegal from a recreational standpoint? I've been looking for jobs so I'm clean so no worries for a drug test if there is even one.
