Interestingly Specific Question about Becton, Dickenson and Company (also known as Alaris I believe)

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but I don't know where else to look. If this is not the best place to post this sort of question if you could be so kind as to point me in the right direction.

I have heard that this company Becton and Dickenson hires from a temp agency to reprogram their PC units (http://www.bd.com/en-us/offerings/capabilities/infusion/infusion-system-devices/alaris-pc-unit). I have called around and they say they use Manpower but I went to their office in the city I live but they seemed to have moved out. So, I called the main phone number on Manpower's website and they say they don't have an office or any job openings in my city. My question is does anybody know what temp agency this company uses for reprogramming their PC units?

I ask this question because I have been working with these units (doing preventative maintenance and repair) for a 6 months and would like to get certified. I am open to any suggestions.
