I'm trying to get a job for the summer but I don't know exactly what to expect.

I'm currently in grade 10 (Canadian) and I will be turning 16 in May, but I wanted to make some extra cash during the summer, but I have a few questions:

1. Will they judge me as any other employee or will they still see me as a child?

2. How critical are the employers when it comes to having a resume? This is my second job (first as a delivery boy for newspapers) so I don't really have that much experience.

3. I'm mainly applying so I can get some extra money, but will the experience be useful?
