My coworkers are constantly bantering with each other and it's quite funny some times even though I've seen some people getting pissed off on those exchanges and I normally deflect it because it's not my thing, I can't handle it and would rather stay way.
It worked for my first 5 monthis in the company but last week I was more stressed than normal and my two coworkers were on fire; at first I'd just laugh, dismiss and keep on working but then they insisted, insisted and insisted when I just wanted to be left alone... they were playing with each other too but they continued messing with me when I was clearly not happy.
Now I don't want a boring sterile workplace and don't want to be that guy who sucks the fun out of everyone, And unless I'm not dragged to a banter exchange, I don't mind people joking or even pulling pranks on me... but sometimes enough is enough.
How do I address that with them? Sometimes it seems that the more I show that I'm pissed, the more they want to piss me off even further.
