How to list start date?

Does anyone have a recommendation on how to list the date I'm available for employment that is professional and concise? I'm leaving my current position in about 3 months and I'm not available to start until February at my new position.

Right now I have "Available for full-time employment on February 4, 2019" but I feel like that's way to wordy. I have it well worded and explained in my cover letter but not sure how to get it on the resume with a "straight to the point" approach.

I'm a software engineer and in our field, being straight to the point is the preferred method of everything. Very binary people we are. I just am horrible at writing / wording things.
