How to dress for a casual attire interview?

I am so excited to have made it to the second round after a phone interview less than 24 hours ago. I was given a few options of days and times for an in person interview next week, and upon their confirmation they reminded me that they are a causal dress office... how casual is too casual? (Its an athletic organization- not professional, but a national organization none the less)
