Getting an office job right out of college?

So I am trying to get a job as soon as I can out of college, because I want to start having financial stability (like most of you). I've posting to the resume thread, I've asked successful businessmen on how it looks, and I've also applied a bunch on the direct sites too. I even have a few years of retail management/leadership experience if that help. What's a great way to get started with a marketing degree? And what pay range should I settle with being in South Florida? I have an estimate of $35k-$45k... I am even willing to relocate to anywhere in the Southeast US.
