Hi, please read even if it's long.
I'm 22, started my first fulltime job 3 months ago at a law firm as a PR coordinator. Since I started, I've been making careless mistakes every day. And I don't understand why. I was a 4.0 student back in college, a motivated student and have always challenged myself to be the best. However, in the last 3 months, I've been criticized by my managers and I've just been disappointing myself. I just feel so bad everyday at work.
My line of work requires extreme attention to detail and all work is done through emails. However, in all the emails that I write, I always need to CC' two of my managers so they can basically micro-manage EVERYTHING I do. They read all emails I send out and they always point out the small mistakes I make. They literally read everything I do. This is really stressful. And I think this is one of the reasons why I'm making more mistakes, because of the pressure they put on me.
What do you guys think about my situation? What's your working environment like?
