To those who claim they can do whatever is asked with some legal limits how do they do it?

Like I'm sure we can relate to the saying of how people can easily replace you if you are not willing to do or can't do saying that thousands will and can do what you won't and can't. So to those thousands who claim they can and will do those how do they actually do it? Of course I don't mean just suck it up but more of being willing or whatever similar logic.

It is like if you are asked to do a hell lot of work in return for little bit of money, you tell the boss you won't do that and they will say if you won't they can just easily find a person who is willing to replace you. So to those who is going to replace this person how do they like actually do that requirement? Maybe working hell lot for little pay is not a good example so feel free to change that to whatever example sounds more logical.
