Didn't get scheduled an in-person interview right after phone interview, is that a bad sign?

I've done plenty of phone interviews and I always get asked my availability for an in person interview before the call ends, the only ones that didn't ask right away are the ones I never hear from again.

Before the call was over the interviewer said 'We're screening more people right now but we're aiming to do interviews next week, so we'll most likely get back on Monday or Tuesday'. I'm very confused because the interviewer and I hit it off and she said my past experience is great for the position. I'm anxious and want some outside opinion since this is a job I really want.

What do you guys think? Have you had similar experience where you did end up getting an in person interview?
