Good: During my final interview, the hiring manager complemented on my presentation saying "I should be very proud of my work". He also elaborated the details on the next steps including the reference check and personality test.
Not sure: He told me he'll make the decision on the same day as the final interview
Bad: He used not so definitive language. He said whether you get an offer or not, these are the next steps after the final interview.
I know it's hard to tell these stuff, but wanted to get some opinions and get to know how others' experiences are like.
