Best job to go for?

So I'm deciding what I want to go back to school OR on the job training for and I kind of narrowed it down to purchasing/procurement, a trade (electrician, plumber/pipefitter, or elevator repairman), and technology (software engineer or cyber security field). Which one of these do you think has the best career survivability, opportunities, and strong earning wage potential? I already have a bachelor's degree in international studies and really think cyber security would be the best fit to complement my degree and develop in-demand technical skills. Anyone have any advice out there who have been in any of these fields or know anything about them? Thanks.
