What kind of FT jobs can I get without a degree, certs, or experience?

I have 70 college credits (no AA/AS) if that's worth anything, but I wanna find a FT office job. Something that pays at least $15/hr or ~$32k/year.

I have zero office experience and no real qualifications. The only job experience I have is working in restaurants. I'm tired of waiting tables full-time and I'd really like to see if there's something else I can do.

Anyone have any ideas that fit the bill? I've honestly never even considered an office job because I always thought you needed a degree but maybe some of the really low level ones you don't?
