Thinking about quitting an internship after 2 weeks--advice appreciated

I should have taken the red flags more seriously before I started. The HR person I was in contact with seemed super disorganized (emails ridden with typos, kept rescheduling our phone interview, put the wrong job title on my acceptance letter, etc.), and suddenly quit the day I started the job.

I just can't keep up with the energy of the people at my job. They're too extroverted, yet nobody seems to really care about me. My supervisor clearly saw me sitting in my cubicle all day today, yet didn't say a single word to me (but was happily blabbing to all my coworkers nonstop). Maybe she secretly dislikes me because I'm too much of an introvert--at this point I couldn't really care less. I feel lonely all the time and the work is absolutely mind-numbing (I'm getting a master's degree in a statistics/machine learning-related field, yet I'm basically just responding to help desk tickets).

I feel so fucking stupid because I just kinda jumped into this opportunity out of desperation. But everything inside of me is telling me to quit.

Any advice on how to go about quitting? Is it worth quitting if I'm absolutely miserable (given I still have my parents to support me)? Do I sound like I'm being overly dramatic about my situation? Will it look terrible to other companies for quitting after 2 weeks?
