Start looking for a possibly higher-paying job or stay at my current one?

I currently work back-of-house at a bakery frosting cakes. I love my job and the management and co-workers are amazing. However, they’re not giving me enough hours and I’m getting paid minimum wage.

There’s a new hiring event happening on Monday and they’re hiring 500+ employees for Eataly opening up in December. They’re interviewing for bakery, pizza, to-go-counters, and restaurant positions.. Most likely get paid a lot more than minimum wage too.

I’m not sure if I should try to look for another job that most likely will pay me a lot more or should I stay at my current job that I already enjoy?

Or maybe work part-time at both?
