Someone with possible ADHD moving to an agency, possible?

I always suspected that I have ADHD, but didn't get it diagnosed.

I recently found a job in an SEO agency (was working in-house), but having read how fast-paced and intense such places are, I'm not sure if I can survive there, given how my work environment is slow paced, and I take some time to get certain tasks done.

Can anyone share if they know people with such conditions working in agencies, and what they did to do well there?
