Signs of disrespect?

Our old manager quit a couple months back and another was elevated internally. The way things work in our company, the peons report to the managers and the managers reports to the executive. The new manager's behavior towards me I have found somewhat disturbing though. There's been nothing openly insulting, but it's been subtle things here I don't know what to make of but I find annoying. She doesn't look at me directly in our internal office meetings. Sharp emails. If I bring her a report to review on occasion there's been a couple times where she seems to snatch the report from me. Just very subtle hints of disrespect. Am I being too sensitive, or should I mention that I find these disturbing? How to handle this?
