Phrasing on negotiating salary?

They offered 60 and 10% bonus contingent on all these different things but I’d really like to see if I can start at 65 which would match where I left off at my last job (though they only had like a 5% bonus that I never saw, also a fear if bonuses don’t come through at this company like my last one). How is the best way to phrase this? I already asked if they were flexible on salary and she said yes I could counter. Is ~10% too much of a reach? Should I phrase it as ‘would you be willing to start me at 65 which would match my previous salary?’ Any other advice would be much appreciated as it’s my first time negotiating as I’ve typically just accepted in the past.
