Hi all, I had an interview last Thursday over Skype. They called me back the same day and told me they wanted to extend an offer to me. I said I was very excited and he said that they would be sending me more details in paper soon. I asked how much time I had to consider and he said two weeks. I sent an email the next day and said I was very excited for the offer and looked forward to hearing more about it. Silence.
It's now nearly been a full week and I'm not sure what I should do. Do I send another email? Is it common to rescind an offer after verbally extending it? Or is there another possibility? I haven't told the other places I've been considering that I received an offer yet since this seems in flux still and I havent received any sort of response. It's for a summer internship so it should be a copy paste offer. Any advice would be appreciated.
