Negotiating Salary on Dream Company, but lower title

I am an experienced senior analyst that is currently making ~ $115K in LA. Definitely on the high side or maybe a bit overpaid. However, its in a company that I no longer want to work for. I found and got accepted into a lower titled position for a dream company that could lead to great things. They do not list a budget for the position, but some sites estimate the range to be about $60-80K. I am willing to take a cut since I feel there is potential long term benefits for working there, but I also don't want to leave money on the table.

They have asked me to start with my desired compensation, but how do I start with the negotiation process? Do I start with my current salary, but say I am willing to negotiate because of my desire to work there? Do I start with something closer to their estimated range to not scare them away? Benefits are fairly comparable however new company has stock options. Thanks in advance.
