Need to quit my job but don’t have anything lined up yet. How will this affect interviews and employee references?

Hi everyone,

As the title states the current job I’m in is toxic and I can’t stay any longer. My team doesn’t get along with me and I’m just not happy. What broke the camels back is I can’t get time off for a significant life event. My question is if I quit now, how will this impact my future job interviews? Do I have to list them as a reference or can it just go to hr to verify employment. This won’t get any better, I need to go...
