Looking for an entry job and they all say at least 3 years of experience

So i'm currently finishing up my fourth year of a degree specializing in Marketing & Strategy and looking specifically for entry marketing jobs and they all say at least 3 years of experience which makes zero sense. I'm looking to pursue a career in product management or Strategy and can't seem to create a career path for myself because even entry level jobs want several years of experience.

I do have 2 internship experiences which together combine for 1 year of experience but they aren't really "marketing" related but more so general business. Anyone have any advice?
