Job contacted me and it seems like a scam

Hey guys, I've been job hunting for like a month and I've gotten an email from someone who represents Global Blockchain, a cryptocurrency organization based in Canada. I currently reside in the US, and I'm not gonna lie I'm incredibly skeptical of their "hiring" practices. I have only one document that I can cite here which were sent to me, but I just want a second opinion to this position and if anyone has experience handling these situations it would be greatly appreciated. This and this is all I have.
