Is it likely I get fired Monday?

I have just been at my job a month. I missed 4 days last week and I’m going to miss all of this week with a case of strep/flu. I really don’t want to get fired and I called the hr person Monday and told them I’d be back Thursday, but I just felt worse today and went back to the doctor. I called the hr and told them I’d be back Monday. She just said “be sure and bring in a doctors note and I’ll see you Monday. I told her I had 3 different doctors notes and she said “OK.” They cover all the days though, one is from a walk in clinic and the other 2 are from my family doctor. She sounded like she wasn’t upset but this could be deceiving. Do you think I will get fired? This is a government contractor. Should I be in fear of losing my job?
