Interviewing for a HR (mostly recruiting) position but I specialize in employee development, onboarding and learning

See the title for details. The position I have an interview for is mostly for recruiting and I do help run the interview program for recruiters, currently, but do not recruit myself. Does anyone have ideas on how to make the best correlations in an interview?
